I established The Law Office of Bryce A. Dodds in 2015, as a solo practice firm focusing on representing employees in employment law matters. My practice helps California workers vindicate their rights to proper pay, workplaces free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and to be free from wrongful termination.

I am passionate about helping people who feel powerless against their employers to get the relief and justice they deserve. I assist workers of all types, from entry-level employees to high-level executives, in both individual lawsuits and class and representative action cases.

With more than a decade of experience representing workers, I understand the uncertainty and undue stress employees experience in confronting employers who take advantage of them. Through my practice, I hold employers accountable and help employees right the wrongs they suffer.
